The charango is one of the most typical string instruments of the andes. When we decided to go to Peru for our holyday, I started to look for musical instruments shop in which I could buy this instrument. The staff in our hotel in Cusco was so kind to help me to find a shop. Rosario, one of the hotel employer, had a friend who knew a music store in which I could find the charango. So we arrange to go there on a sunday evening, and the shop was opened just for us! It was owned by a luthier and I bought an instrument built by him.
