I found this frame drum while walking in Fez, Morocco. We found a caravanserai where some people sold a lot of stuff: tajine, pottery, carpets and drums. This one was one of the few with a very resonant sound. I looked also in other places but it was surprisingly difficult to find a decent frame drum!
